The Scotland 'A' team to face Chile at Hive Stadium on Saturday evening includes seven players who were involved for the senior side's win over Portugal at the weekend.
Stafford McDowall, who scored one of nine tries as he led Scotland for the first time at Scottish Gas Murrayfield, is again named as captain for the 'A' team fixture.
He's joined in the midfield by Mosese Tuipulotu - brother of senior team captain Sione - who will make his first appearance in a Scotland jersey following his summer arrival from Australia.
Arron Reed, who scored twice in the Portugal win, shifts to fullback, while Matt Currie and his Edinburgh colleague Ross McCann are deployed on the wings.
Another Edinburgh man, Ross Thompson, is at fly-half with Jamie Dobie - who is also named as a vice-captain -starting at scrum-half.
Up front, another of the try scorers in the Portugal win, Jamie Bhatti, brings experience to an otherwise youthful pack. The Glasgow prop packs down beside his Scotstoun colleague Gregor Hiddleston and Edinburgh's D'Arcy Rae in the front row.
Ewan Johnson, who made his Murrayfield bow as as second-half replacement at the weekend, starts alongside Marshall Sykes in the second row, with Edinburgh trio Tom Dodd, Freddy Douglas and Ben Muncaster combining in the back-row.
Douglas, who won his first Scotland cap against Portugal, will make his first professional start on the ground of his club having yet to play a minute for Edinburgh's senior side. His inclusion shifts Muncaster to number eight.
On the bench, a host of players have been drafted into the squad for Saturday's game who were not named in Gregor Townsend's initial 45-man training squad for the Autumn Nations Series.
Edinburgh fly-half Ben Healy, fullback Jack Brown, hooker Harri Morris, prop Mikey Jones, back-row Liam McConnell - who led Scotland to the World Rugby U20 Trophy in the summer - are all on the bench alongside Glasgow tighthead Fin Richardson, lock Jare Oguntibeju and scrum-half Ben Afshar.
