The Scotland team to play Portugal at Scottish Gas Murrayfield has been named, with head coach Gregor Townsend making sweeping changes to his side.
The side shows 14 changes from the defeat to South Africa, with two players - lock Alex Samuel and back-row Ben Muncaster - set for their Scotland debuts.
From the team that faced the Springboks, only Tom Jordan has retained his place in the starting XV, where he will again start at fullback.
Darcy Graham returns from a head injury to start on the right wing, with Arron Reed in on the opposite flank to win his first cap at Murrayfield having debuted on the summer tour.
Stafford McDowall, who captained co-captained Scotland in the summer, will lead the side on his own for the first time. He starts alongside Rory Hutchinson in the midfield with the Northampton man set for his first cap in more than two years.
Adam Hastings returns at fly-half and is joined by his Glasgow Warriors colleague George Horne at half-back.
Jamie Bhatti, Paddy Harrison and Will Hurd make up an all-new front row, with hooker Harrison and tighthead Hurd also set for their first Murrayfield appearances.
Samuel joins Alex Craig in the second row, while Muncaster packs down on the openside in a back-row comprising his Edinburgh colleague Luke Crosbie and number eight Josh Bayliss.
Teenager Freddy Douglas could also make his Scotland debut having been named among the replacements. The 19-year-old is yet to make an appearance for Edinburgh's first team.
Johnny Matthews, a late call-up to the squad, could win his second cap, while there are first involvements of the Autumn Nations Series for lock Ewan Johnson and centre Matt Currie.
