Glasgow Warriors head coach Franco Smith has made half a dozen changes to his side that will face Benetton at Scotstoun on Friday evening.

The Warriors will be looking to bounce back from a last-gasp defeat to Ulster in their first competitive match on home soil since they lifted the United Rugby Championship title in June.

Up front, there's an all-new front row with Nathan McBeth, Gregor Hiddleston and Zander Fagerson - who made his 150th appearance off the bench in Belfast - all handed starting berths.

Scotland duo Richie Gray and Max Williamson are retained at lock, while in the back-row, Matt Fagerson switches to number eight as Euan Ferrie is promoted from the bench to take the number six shirt. Rory Darge is on the openside after his heroic defensive effort at the Kingspan, where the Scotland captain made a mammoth 39 tackles.

Behind the scrum, Adam Hastings starts at fly-half with Tom Jordan and Sione Tuipulotu each moving out one place in a re-jigged midfield.

Sebastian Cancelliere picked up an injury in Belfast and he's replaced by the fit-again Kyle Rowe.
