Scottish Rugby, in partnership with Macron, has revealed the new home kit to be donned by the Scottish national teams for the 2024/25 season.

Significantly, the unveiling heralds a new chapter in sponsorship. Arnold Clark will grace the front of the Scotland Men’s team shirts for the first time, while Scottish Gas will continue its role as the front-of-shirt sponsor for the Scotland Women’s team, marking the second consecutive year of this partnership.

Predominantly navy blue, it features a distinguished white polo neck accentuated by light green and blue details. The shirt is adorned with embossed graphics on both the front and back, showcasing vertical designs of ‘Claymores’, the formidable two-handed swords emblematic of the Scottish clans during the late medieval period. The term ‘Claymore’ is derived from the Scottish Gaelic ‘claidheamh-mòr’, meaning ‘large sword’, symbolising the indomitable Scottish spirit and heritage.

Further enhancing the kit's allure is an embossed motif of the iconic Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium on the lower back. The Macron Hero logo is elegantly embroidered in white on the chest, accompanied by the Scottish Rugby emblem. The inside neck label, customised with a pattern inspired by the stadium’s architectural features, serves as a finishing touch, accompanied by the Scottish Rugby logo and the unifying motto ‘As One’.

The Away kit, set to be launched on Friday, 9 August, via Scottish Rugby and Macron channels.

The new home kit is currently available exclusively from the Official Scottish Rugby Stores on Queen Street, Glasgow, and Scottish Gas Murrayfield in Edinburgh, as well as online. Broader retail availability will commence on 9 August.
