Scotland's Sam Grove-White will take charge of the United Rugby Championship (URC) semi-final between Bulls and Leinster on Saturday.
Grove-White was an assistant to Mike Adamson for the quarter-final between the Bulls and Benetton on Saturday, but will take charge of the last-four clash at Loftus Versfeld.
Adamson will this time be one of the assistants, along with Wales' Adam Jones, with another Welshman, Ben Whitehouse, the television match official (TMO).
Meanwhile, Glasgow Warriors' trip to Munster in the other semi-final will be officiated by an all-Italian team.
Andrea Piardi will be the man in the middle at Thomond Park, with Gianluca Gnecchi and Federico Vedovelli his assistants. Matteo Lipirini will be the TMO.
Piardi was an assistant to Scotland's Hollie Davidson - who became the first female official to referee a men's play-off match when she took charge of the quarter-final between Munster and Ospreys last Friday.
However with a need for a neutral official, Davidson sits out this time.
