Scotland centre Sione Tuipulotu returns from a knee injury picked up on Six Nations duty to start for Glasgow in their Champions Cup last 16 clash with Harlequins. 

Tuipulotu has not played since injuring his knee in the Calcutta Cup win over England on February 24. 

But he's back and joins fellow Scotland international Stafford McDowall in the midfield, with Tom Jordan - who has deputised at inside centre in recent weeks -  reverting to his more regular position at fly-half. 

Club captain Kyle Steyn is joined on the wing by Kyle Rowe, the scorer of a hat-trick in the URC thrashing of Scarlets last Saturday. Josh McKay retains his place at fullback. 

Up front, recent good performances from Nathan McBeth and Max Williamson see them start in an otherwise all-international pack. 

McBeth partners Johnny Matthews and Zander Fagerson in the front row, while Williamson will pack down alongside another of last weekend's try-scorers, Scott Cummings, in the engine room.

Rory Darge - who made his Glasgow return against Scarlets - again starts on the openside with Matt Fagerson on the other flank and Jack Dempsey at number eight. 

On the bench, Gregor Hiddleston, Oli Kebble and Lucio Sordoni provide the back-up front row, with Sintu Manjezi the replacement lock. Fresh from signing a new contract to keep him at Scotstoun, Ally Miller is also in the 23, while Henco Venter completes the forward replacements. Jamie Dobie and Duncan Weir are the reserve backs.
