BALLANCE Dr John Howard William Sadly passed away on 21st November 2023 aged 80 years. Beloved Husband of Vanessa. Much loved Father of Rebecca, Rachel, and Siân. Funeral service to be held at Hereford Crematorium on Wednesday 13th December 2023 at 10:15am. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to St Michael's Hospice.
