Darcy Graham marked his return to the international stage with four tries against Fiji, but the wing also failed a head injury assessment (HIA) and is a doubt to play world champions South Africa on Sunday.
Another of the try-scorers in Saturday's win, Kyle Rowe, limped off shortly before half-time with a hamstring injury.

It seems highly unlikely the Glasgow man will be fit to play the Springboks.
With Kyle Steyn, who had made an excellent start to the season with Glasgow, also out injured, and Ollie Smith among the long-term absentees, Scotland look short of options on the wing.
In his post-match press conference on Saturday, Townsend was asked if he would consider adding to his 45-strong squad.
The Scotland head coach replied: "Possibly, not thought about that yet.
"We know within our group players can cover other positions and we do have depth. Maybe we can manage that within our squad, we'll see."
We look at the options available to Gregor Townsend as he prepares to face Rassie Erasmus' side.
Arron Reed
The Sale Sharks winger made his international debut in the summer, marking the occasion with two tries against Canada in Ottawa before also starting the win over Chile.
Reed has been in good form at club level this season but if Townsend does turn to the 25-year-old to face Cheslin Kolbe and Co, it would be a huge step up from the opponents he faced in the summer.
Harry Paterson
Primarily a fullback, the Edinburgh man could slot in on the wing if required. However, he has made just one United Rugby Championship appearance so far this season and is still working his way back from a foot injury picked up in pre-season.
He was thrown in at the deep end on his debut against France in the Six Nations. That is likely to stand him in good stead if Townsend is without both Rowe and Graham against South Africa.
Jamie Dobie
One of the highlights of the final quarter against Fiji was Dobie's lively cameo from the bench at scrum-half.
The versatile back has been deployed on the wing for club and country in recent times, and could be pressed into action in his secondary position.
But with Kolbe and Kurt-Lee Arendse among the best in the world, Dobie perhaps lacks the top-level experience to start there. He could provide cover from a 6/2 bench split, though.
Blair Kinghorn
Kinghorn has established himself as Scotland's first-pick in the number 15 jersey since Stuart Hogg's retirement, but many of his early international caps came on the wing.
He has played on the wing four times (out of eight appearances) so far this season, and scored his only try while in the number 11 jersey for Toulouse against Jonny Gray's Bordeaux.
With experienced alternatives in the number 15 jersey including Adam Hastings and Rory Hutchinson, while Tom Jordan also performed well there on his debut, Townsend could opt to switch Kinghorn back to the wing to combat the 'Boks world-class individuals, and their kicking game.
Darcy Graham
Of course, those options are likely to be irrelevant if Graham is declared fit despite failing his HIA.
The four-try hero against Fiji will continue to be monitored by the Scotland medical staff, with a series of tests required before he can return to training.
