Another week, another comfortable Scotland win on their summer tour of the Americas.

It took the tourists until the second half before they pulled away from the side ranked 22nd in the world to score eight tries.

Here's how the players rated.

15. Kyle Rowe

Finished both of his tries well and was only denied a hat-trick by a last-gasp tackle. First though is to run every time he gets on the ball.

14. Jamie Dobie

After walking in his try, showed lovely footwork to evade would-be tacklers and break up the touchline. Lively when he moved to scrum-half too.

13. Kyle Steyn

An early fumble aside, a solid outing in a position he’s not played a huge amount of recently. Made a strong carry in the run-up to Dobie’s scoreand made a nice break when he shifted to the wing.

12. Sione Tuipulotu

Offered Scotland much needed go-forward in the three-quarters and set the tone for a better second half by flattening opposite number Videla early on. 7

11. Arron Reed

Some excellent handling for a couple of tries, but didn’t get many opportunities to impose his own attacking game on proceedings. 6

10. Ben Healy

Floated a lovely ball wide to Dobie for his first try, but didn't get the Scotland attack moving as he would have liked. Too often the visitors lost the physical battle which didn't help his cause. 5

9. Gus Warr

Had an armchair ride against Canada but found the going tougher here. Two kicks charged down and needed to manage the first minute of the second half better as Scotland handed the ball to their hosts. 6

1. Nathan McBeth

Put opposite man Matías Dittus under big pressure at the scrum and offered himself in the loose. 6

2. Dylan Richardson

A couple of squint lineout throws blotted his copybook, but he was busy around the pitch. He looks equally at home in the back-row, where he spent the final half-hour.

3. Will Hurd

A couple of strong carries, and part of a dominant scrum before making way early in the second half.

4. Alex Craig

Gave away a sloppy penalty when Raynal was shouting at him to leave the ball, but carried well before his removal early in the second period.

5. Ewan Johnson

A first Scotland start for the Oyonnax man and asked to go the distance by Gregor Townsend. The lineout faltered which won’t please any lock, but he got stuck in around the park.

6. Gregor Brown

Didn't hit the heights of his Glasgow performances on debut against Canada but was much better here. A strong carry off the kick-off set the tone of his display and showed good pace to break clear from another restart.

7. Jamie Ritchie

Continuing his good form with another busy showing and won a couple of excellent jackal penalties. Looked more at home when he moved to the blindside late on.

8. Josh Bayliss

Great footwork in close quarters to score his third try in as many Scotland outings but can’t match Dempsey’s physicality on a night Scotland could have done with a big ball carrier in their loose trio.

Replacements

16. Patrick Harrison

A nice break shortly after coming on and more stability at the lineout on his international debut. Will get another opportunity next week.

17. Pierre Schoeman

What you see is what you get from the Edinburgh loosehead. Lots of carrying in close quarters, and some nice linking with the backs.

18. Javan Sebastian

Had an excellent outing in Chile for Scotland ‘A’ two years ago and made a decent cameo here. Carried well and there was no let-up in the scrum pressure.

19. Max Williamson

Not much of an impact from the big Glasgow man, but by the time he came on any semblance of structure had long gone from the game.

20. Rory Darge

Tried to get involved in everything in his seven-minute cameo, but no real time to make an impact.

21. Adam Hastings

Stood flat and challenged the Chilean defence. Rode one thunderous tackle and continually found space on the wide edges.

22. Stafford McDowall

A couple of strong carries as he looked to make his mark after replacing Tuipulotu on the hour.

23. Matt Currie

Made an instant impact, cutting through the Chilean defence and did so again moments later to score his first Test try. Should start next week. 7
