HUGHES Patricia Ann (Pat) Sadly passed away at Hereford County Hospital on Monday 14th August 2023, aged 72 years. Loving Mum of Jason and Tracey, Nan and Sister, will be sadly missed. The funeral service will take place at Hereford Crematorium on Tuesday 5th September at 2.15pm. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to St Michael's Hospice.
