So sorry to have just heard this news. My most sincere condolences to Elizabeth and daughters. I will never forget the times I worked with Mike in the 1990s. A long time ago now and we were all so much younger. Mike was an outstanding businessman, gentleman, and most importantly a loving and devoted family man. He will be missed and remembered by many. God bless.
