JONES Ann (Nee Colcombe) Sadly passed away at Stanley House on Tuesday 21st March 2023 aged 51 years. Partner of the late Paul Jones, loving mum to Harley and Grant and grandma to Hunter. The funeral service will take place at Hereford Crematorium on Monday 17th April 2023 at 2.15pm. Family flowers only please.
