SMITH Carole Elaine Sadly passed away on 2nd February aged 77 years. Beloved Mother to Suzanne and Dean and loving Grandmother and Great Grandmother. The funeral service will take place at Hereford Crematorium on Wednesday 1st March at 11.15am. Family flowers only but donations if desired to St. Michael's Hospice. No black to be worn by request.
