POWELL Phillip Douglas Passed peacefully away at St Michael's Hospice on 25th October 2022, aged 72 years. Loving Husband of Denise; Father of Neil and Stephen; Father in Law to Lorraine and Helena; Grandad to Dougie, Cora and Gwen. The Funeral Service will be held at the church of St Mary, Dilwyn on Saturday 19th November 2022 at 2pm. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to St Michael's Hospice.
