WILLIAMS Celia Grace (Grace) Of Kington Passed away peacefully on 7th May 2022, aged 97. Wife of the late Jim Williams, Much loved Mum to Rob Duggan and the late John and David Duggan. Loving Grandma and Great Grandma. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Service will take place at Hereford Crematorium 8th June 2022 at 2:15pm Family flowers only.
