PRITCHARD Tracy Peacefully passed away at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham on 23rd March 2022, aged 54. Cherished and Much loved Mum to Chantal and Jodie, Adored Nan by Sahana and Jai. Funeral service will be held at Hereford Crematorium on Tuesday 19th April 2022 at 10.15am. Family flowers only, if desired, please bring a single flower to lay when entering the service.
