LEWIS David Reginald Passed away peacefully on 30th November 2021 at The Dean Neurological Centre aged 63 years. Loving husband to Jeanette, Dad to Gemma and Jo, Grandad to Olivia and Jacob, Brother to Angie and John and remembered by all his close and extended family and friends.
