RUMSEY Colin George Picture framer of Church Street, Racing Cyclist and past Hereford Mayor has died after a short illness. Funeral service will take place at Hereford Crematorium on Thursday November 25th at 11.15am. Family Flowers only however donations if desired for St Michael's Hospice may be sent to Bayley Brothers
