CONNELL Hazel (née Hope) Passed away peacefully on Sunday 31st October 2021 at Credenhill Court. Loving wife of the late Ian; beloved Mum of Robert and Sally. The funeral service will take place at Hereford Crematorium at 3.15pm on Thursday 18th November. Family flowers only, but donations, if desired, to Alzheimer's Society.
