MITCHELL (nee Griffiths) Mel Passed away peacefully on August 5th at St Michaels' Hospice. Much loved Wife of David, Mum of Adam and Steven and Sister of Alison. Aunty, Friend and Nurse. The Funeral Service will take place at Hereford Crematorium on Tuesday 31st August at 11.15 am. Close family flowers only. Donations if desired to the Children's Ward Hereford Hospital or St Michael's Hospice. Smart/casual bright colours only please.
