CLEMENTS Cecil Vincent Of Hereford Passed away on July 28th aged 97. Loving husband of Joan and much loved father to Carol, Robert and David (Deceased), and a much loved grandfather and great grandfather. The Funeral Service will be held at Hereford Crematorium on Monday 23rd August at 2.15 p.m. Donations in memory of Cecil will benefit St Michael's Hospice.
