RUSSELL Sheila In memory of Sheila (former Mayoress of Ross) who passed away on Friday, 16th April aged 73. Dearly loved and loving godmother of Steven, Andrew and Christopher Bowers, 'Auntie' of Henry, Isabelle, Esme, Sam, Heidi and Iris. Dear friend from childhood of Vivienne and of Peter and Alex of Torquay. Also long term friend of Dennis and the late Marion Hussey of Greytree and many more in Ross and beyond.
