WELSH John (Jack) Widower of the late Marg. Much loved Father of Anne, Michael and Rachel. Loving Grandfather and Great-Grandfather. Founder member and former, Captain of Leominster Golf Club. Passed away 16th May 2021 after a short illness, bravely borne. Enormous thanks to the Paramedics, Hereford Hospital, Hillside Care Centre and all the help we had at home.
