COOKE (nee Powell/Retallick) Sylvia Doreen Passed away unexpectedly on December 16th, 2020 aged 86. Beloved wife of the late Tom Cooke and sister of Doris Price. Much loved and missed by Steven and Susanne, Graham and Gill, her grandchildren Emma, Helen, Katie, Sophie, Edward, Benjamin and great grandchildren Lewis, Zack and Alfie. A private funeral service will be held at Much Birch Church on January 25th at 12 noon, family flowers only. Enquiries and donations if desired to the RSPB through Dawe Brothers 01432 274066

Thank you Ann for your kind words. We may have met as I regularly met my mum at work after school to catch the same bus home. She had fond memories of working there and her colleagues. Steven

I remember Sylvia as Mrs Retallick in 1962 when I started work at the Chartered Accountants, Messrs. Thompson & Wood, Broad Street, Hereford. She was the esteemed Tax Accountant for the firm and always kind to me as a Junior. RIP.
