DEREK WINSTON ADDIS 'ACKER' Passed away peacefully on June 10th, 2020 aged 78. Much loved Husband of Joan, Stepfather, Grandad and Great Grandad. He will be missed by all the family and many friends, The funeral will take place on Friday June 26th, 2020 at 9 a.m at Hereford Crematorium Donations if desired to benefit Dementia UK may be sent in Dereks memory
