VERNON PARRY Passed away peacefully at home in Glasbury-on-Wye on 8th April 2020, aged 70 years. Loved and greatly missed dad, grandad, son, brother and friend. Private family service, a memorial celebration service will be held at a later date. No flowers thank you, donations may be given in his memory to Prostate Cancer UK c/o C.C. James Funeral; Director. I worked with Vernon for many years at Ellington school for girls. Such a lovely man and a fantastic potter. We had such a laugh and he was a great teacher. I still have some of his pots and a piggy bank he made for my daughter when she was born. Im sad we didnt meet up again when he moved away but im glad we continued to exchange Christmas messages. Lots of love to Jason and family xxx Maggie Johnson, Whitstable (via Liverpool and still teaching art in Thanet!) Rest in peace Vernon ****
