JOAN KATHLEEN MILLIGAN (nee HALLETT) It is with great sorrow that Francis (Sandy) Milligan and their Children, Janet, Peter, Wendy, David and Mark announce the death of their dearly loved Wife and Mother on Tuesday, March 31st. She was loved and respected by her many Friends, whose tributes attest to a woman of exceptional qualities whose high standards are reflected in her Children. Current restrictions dictate that the Funeral must be limited to immediate Family, but a Memorial gathering will be arranged at a later date.
