RUBY HIGGS Of Kington. Passed away peacefully on Wednesday March 11th, 2020 aged 84 years. Wife of the late Ralph. Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. The Funeral Service will take place at Hereford Crematorium at 3pm on Tuesday March 24th Family flowers only but donations if desired to Meningitis Now.
