PHIL FISHER Passed away peacefully in the presence of his Partner June and Family members on February 19th, 2020, at Hereford Hospital age 71 years. Funeral Service will take place Wednesday, March 18th, 2020, 12 p.m., at Hereford Crematorium, family flowers only. Donations in lieu of flowers are welcomed for The Stroke Association.
