GLADYS ELIZABETH ELLEN DUGGAN Of Dolyhir, Old Radnor Passed away peacefully on Friday, January 3rd, 2020 aged 95 years Loving Wife of the late Edward (Ted) Cecil Duggan. Much loved Mum of Michael, Raymond, Billy. Dearest Sister of Dorothy. Will be missed by all her Family, caring Neighbours, and Friends. Funeral Service will take place at Kington Baptist Church on Saturday, January 25th, 2020 at 11am Flowers welcome.
