GILBERT SAVORY 'GIL' Adventurer Passed away peacefully at home on December 20th, 2019 after a long struggle with MND aged 77 years. Much loved Husband, Father and Grandfather. A requiem mass will be held at Belmont Abbey on Wednesday, January 8th, 2020, at 2 p.m., followed by Burial. Family flowers only however donations if desired for Motor Neurone Disease Association. No Black preferred. All enquiries to Abbotsfield Hereford 01432 356445.

Deepest sympathy and respect for the 'Boss' of Kingstone Platoon ACF (93-97). Will never forget the example that Gill showed us all, which was discipline, teamwork and leadership. Gill lived and breathed these values all his life. He was also a father figure for those of us that needed the 'whole package' of care while under his command.
