JEAN PHILLIPS (of Ty-Mawr) Passed away suddenly on November 14th, 2019. Loved and greatly missed by all those around her. Funeral Service to take place at Hereford Crematorium on Thursday, December 5th, 2019 at 1.30 p.m. Family flowers only please.
