PHYLLIS DAPHNE LEWIS (SHEFFIELD) Passed peacefully away on November 16th, 2019 aged 97 Beloved Mother of Rod, Raymond and Families. The Funeral Service will be held at Hereford Crematorium on Thursday, December 5th at 11.15 a.m No flowers, donations if desired are to benefit St Michael's Hospice.
