MRS JOAN PATRICIA INCH (EVANS) Sadly passed away peacefully at Plassgeller Care Home Blaenau Gwent, formerly of Cae-Pound, Hay-On-Wye on the 8th November. Her funeral will take place at Llwydcoed Crematorium at 14.15 on Tuesday 26th November, followed by the wake at Ty Newydd Country Hotel, Penderyn. Smart Casual Dress, colours proffered.
