CAROL RICHARDS Of Hay-on-Wye. Passed away peacefully at home on Friday 18th October 2019, aged 67 years. Sadly missed by Paul and all of her family. A Service to Celebrate Carol's life will take place at St. Mary's Church, Hay-on-Wye at 12 midday on Monday 4th November, followed by interment. Family flowers only, but donations if desired please to St. David's Hospice Care or Hereford and Worcester Animal Rescue. Funeral arrangements by Oak Tree Funeral Services of the Cemetery Chapel, Kington and 6 Castle Close, Eardisley. Tel: 01544 327829
