KENNETH FRANK WATKINS B.E.M. Of Hay on Wye Passed away peacefully at Nevill Hall Hospital on September 10th, 2019, aged 84 years. Devoted husband of the late Sonia. Funeral and Celebration service to take place at Holy Trinity Church, Hardwicke on Friday, September 20th, 2019 at 2 p.m. Family flowers only please.
