CHARLOTTE PHILLIPS Of Leominster Passed away peacefully at St. Michael's Hospice on September 4th Loving Wife of the late Thomas Henry Phillips. Mom to Laurie and Mother in Law to Scott. Grandmother to Emilie and Daniel. Sister and Sister in Law to many Brothers and Sisters and Aunt to many Nieces and Nephews. Per Charlotte's wishes, there will be no services. A donation will be made in her name to St. Michael's Hospice. Donations in Charlotte's honor may be made to benefit St. Michael's Hospice.
