SALLIE ELIZABETH MORGAN Died peacefully at the Hereford County Hospital on September 3rd 2019 Beloved Wife of Dick, Loving Mother of Peter and Lucy and devoted Grandmother of Estella, Celia, Auriol, Arthur and Halcyon Sallie was the Co-Founder and for 20 years the dedicated Chairman of the Sylvia Short Educational Charity for Herefordshire.
