ANTONI DZIOBA (TONI) Sadly Toni passed away on June 26th, at Hereford County Hospital, after a short illness. The Funeral will be held at Our Lady's Roman Catholic Church, Belmont Road at 1pm on Thursday, July 18th, 2019. Followed by Burial with his beloved Wife Jadzia, at Hereford Cemetery, Westfaling Street. All welcome to pay your respects and to the Funeral reception at Bay Horse Inn, Kings Acre Road, Hereford. Family flowers only, donations to the Alzheimers Society to go to Cathedral Funeral Services, St Owens Street, Hereford. Thanks to the Carers from SIL's and the Staff of Gilwern Assessment Unit and Arrow Ward, for their Care, Consideration and Condolences. Thanks from all the Dzioba Family for the messages of Sympathy. Forever in our hearts and sadly missed by all who knew him.
