Pat Hornsby (Princess Pat) Passed away peacefully at St. Michael's Hospice on Thursday, May 23rd, 2019 aged 70 years. A much loved Wife of the late Ron Hornsby also Mum, Nan, Great Nan, Sister and devoted Hereford FC Fan. The Funeral Service will be held at Hereford Crematorium on Thursday, June 6th, 2019 at 12.45pm.
