'Sister' Pat Jones Formerly of Llandrindod Wells, Hereford and Gladestry. Passed away at the Royal Gwent Hospital Newport on Friday, March 22nd, 2019, aged 86 years. The Funeral Service will take place on Monday, April 15th, 2019 at Gwent Crematorium at 3 p.m. Family flowers only and donations, if desired to Macmillan Nurses and Welsh Air Ambulance.
