Chelsie Alice Jones Passed away suddenly at home on Friday, March 8th, 2019 aged 19 years. Sadly missed by all Family and Friends. Funeral Service to be held at Hereford Crematorium on Thursday, April 4th, 2019 at 12.00 noon.
