PATRICIA MURIEL HOLBROOK Passed away peacefully on March 15th, 2019, at Hereford County Hospital. Dearly loved Wife of the late Lyn, Beloved Mum of Graham and Terry, And a loving Nan and Great Nan. Funeral Service to take place on Monday, April 8th, 2019. Service and Cremation at Hereford Crematorium at 12 noon. Family flowers only and donations, if desired to the Midlands Air Ambulance or Collie Rescue.
