LENNON Patrick Passed away on Tuesday, February 19th, 2019. Now free from pain. A much loved Partner of Jemma, Stepdad to Ben, Father of Tara, Justine and Jason, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. The Funeral Service will be held at Hereford Crematorium on Tuesday, March 12th at 3.00pm. No black unless you are a Biker. Donations for St Michael's Hospice. Memorial Service at a later date.
