JAY Phillip Charles Rex On February 6th 2019 aged 65 years. Much loved Brother, Uncle and Cousin. Funeral Service will take place today, Thursday, February 14th 12.30 pm at St Peter's Lyde. Family flowers only. Donations if desired for St Peter's Lyde may be sent to Bayley Brothers Dignity Funeral Services, 17-19 Cotterell Street, Hereford, HR4 0HH. We would like to convey our appreciation to the Staff at Aston House Residential Home for all they did for Phillip over his years of residence with them.
