MEREDITH Joan Passed away peacefully at Hereford County Hospital on Tuesday, January 15th, 2019 aged 85 years Mother of Anne, Mother in Law of Austin, Grandmother of Bryan and Matthew and Great Grandmother of Connor, Will and Ella. Funeral service will take place on Saturday, February 2nd at Almeley Church at 1 p.m. Family flowers only please.
