HEATH Jack Passed peacefully away at his home in Garway on December 16th, 2018, aged 91 years. Dearly beloved Husband of Brenda and much loved Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. He will be greatly missed by all his Family and Friends. The Funeral Service will take place at Hereford Crematorium on Thursday, January 10th at 10.30 a.m., followed by a Memorial Service at Garway Church at 2.30 p.m. Family flowers only and donations to Acorns Children's Hospice.
