DEWHURST Robert William "Bob" Of Weobley. Died peacefully at home on Saturday, December 15th, 2018 aged 91years. "A true countryman " The Funeral Service will be held at the Church of St Peter and St Paul, Weobley at 2 p.m on Tuesday, January 8th. 2019. followed by Interment in the Churchyard. Donations, if desired, will be shared between SSAFA, and Radnor and West Hereford Hunt Supporters Fund. Funeral arrangements by Oak Tree Funeral Services of the Cemetery Chapel, Kington and 6 Castle Close, Eardisley. Tel: 01544 327829

Sorry to hear of Bob Dewhurst passing away. Yes a true countryman and also a true gentleman. Working for WB@AD Morgan we carried out a lot of work for Bob. I can remember when he had retired and moved to Weobley Marsh and that bloody Greater Sulphur Cockatoo he had. The Cockatoo would make the phone tone or the door bell and take Bob off. I can see Bob now going back to the house to answer phone. The cockatoo would be laughing as Bob came out cussing , that bloody bird.Rest in peace Bob.
