BAKER Patty Passed away at peace at St Michael's Hospice on 19th December 2018, aged 72. Amazing Sister, wonderful Mother, funny Nanny and a Friend to so many. The Funeral will take place at Hereford Crematorium, on Tuesday, 8th January 2019, at 12.45 p.m. Please bring a single white or pink rose.
