NEILSON Patricia Joy (Pat) Passed away peacefully at Hereford Hospital, November 25th, 2018, aged 83 years. Much loved Mum, Nan, and Aunt. Loved and missed by all who knew her. Funeral Service to be held at Hereford Crematorium, Tuesday, December 18th at 2.15 p.m. Family flowers only, donations, if desired, to St. Michael's Hospice. All enquiries to Dawe Brothers.
